1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cheatshot.com and any purchase you make through it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Cheat Shot, 15826 La Grange Rd, Orland Park, IL 60462, United States, and can be reached at info@cheatshot.com. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

3. Products and product information

Cheat Shot sells dietary supplements. Our products are not medications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Always read the label before use and follow the directions provided.

We work to describe our products, ingredients, and dosages accurately, including on our Ingredients page. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary. If a product description contains an error, we may correct it and, where an order is affected, cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship the product. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where a product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error occurred, where shipment is restricted in your jurisdiction, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

5. Pricing, taxes, and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. The price you pay, including shipping and applicable taxes, is displayed in full on the checkout page before you submit payment. One-time purchases carry no membership fee, no recurring charge, and no obligation to buy anything further. Where a subscription option is offered, its billing frequency, price, and cancellation terms are disclosed at the point of purchase before you commit, and you may cancel at any time by contacting info@cheatshot.com. Payment is processed by our payment providers through Shopify; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, and lost-package handling are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original packaging.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means for scraping or resale, infringing our intellectual property, or using our name, logo, or content to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

9. Intellectual property

The Cheat Shot name, logo, product imagery, and site content are owned by Cheat Shot or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

10. Reviews and user content

Customer reviews displayed on the Site are collected by an independent third-party review platform. We do not write, buy, or alter reviews. If you submit content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it in connection with our products.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheat Shot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Illinois will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
