Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on cheatshot.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy together with our Terms of Service.

2. Processing and transit times

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and transit times are subject to carrier performance.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address and selected service, and is displayed in full — along with any applicable taxes — on the checkout page before you submit payment. There are no additional fees, membership charges, or recurring obligations added after purchase for a one-time order.

4. Shipping restrictions

Certain jurisdictions restrict the shipment of dietary supplements based on a product's ingredients or labeling. If Cheat Shot is unable to fulfill an order due to a shipping restriction, the customer will be notified and issued a full refund for the affected order.

5. International shipping

Cheat Shot does not currently offer international shipping. Orders may be placed only for delivery to addresses within the United States, subject to the restrictions set out in Section 4. This policy will be updated in the event international shipping becomes available.

6. Order tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email upon shipment. If tracking information has not updated within 3–5 business days of shipment, contact info@cheatshot.com.

7. Missing, lost, or delayed packages

If tracking indicates delivery but the package has not been received, please first verify the delivery location, including porches, mailrooms, and other members of the household, and allow up to 24 hours, as carriers may record delivery prior to physical drop-off. If the package remains unaccounted for, notify us at info@cheatshot.com within 7 days of the delivery date reflected in tracking. Cheat Shot will investigate the claim and, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund. For packages lost in transit, Cheat Shot will coordinate with the carrier to locate the shipment or issue a replacement at no additional cost to the customer. Cheat Shot's liability with respect to lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages is limited to the remedies described in this section.

8. Holiday and peak-season shipping

During periods of increased order volume, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday season, the estimated transit times in Section 2 may not apply. Applicable order cutoff dates for holiday delivery will be published on this site and communicated by email in advance of the relevant holiday.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
